Industrial automation in Warsaw and Mazovia

Our office is in the Warsaw agglomeration — the address, phone number and opening hours are in the box beside this text. For plants in Mazovia that makes one practical difference: we come to the first technical conversation instead of sending you to a form. The contract and the invoice come from a Polish company, and the project is delivered together with our manufacturing partner in Türkiye.

Coverage: Warsaw and Mazovia

Warsaw and its ring is the area where a visit fits into one working day and does not have to be booked a fortnight ahead. In practice we travel to three groups of plants.

• Warsaw — plants and halls in the industrial districts: Białołęka, Targówek, Żerań, Ursus, Włochy and Okęcie.
• The ring counties — Piaseczno, Pruszków, Warszawa-Zachód, Wołomin, Legionowo, Mińsk and Nowy Dwór, where most of the new halls around the capital stand.
• The rest of the Mazovia voivodeship — Płock, Radom, Siedlce, Ciechanów, Ostrołęka and smaller towns; the drive is longer, so those visits are planned a few days ahead.

Two things are worth saying immediately. We do not run a 24/7 hotline or a service with a guaranteed arrival time — we work on business days and that is what the contract says. And although Warsaw is the registered address for many companies, production usually stands tens of kilometres further out; we drive to the machine, not to the head office.

What we do for plants in Mazovia

• Machine and line automation — electrical design, cabinet, controller software and commissioning in one scope.
• Siemens PLC, HMI and SCADA programming — new functions, taking a project over from a previous supplier, migrations.
• Production line modernisation — replacing obsolete controllers and drives without rebuilding the mechanics.
• Production monitoring and OEE — machine data, downtime with reasons, shift reports.
• Machine data collection — connecting older machines and CNC tools to one data layer.

What the first visit looks like

We arrange it within five business days of your enquiry if the plant is in the Mazovia voivodeship. The person who will run the project comes; where the subject is narrowly technical, a partner engineer joins by video from the shop floor rather than waiting for a trip. If you need an NDA before the visit, we sign it beforehand.

On site we look at the machine running, not only at photographs: the cabinet and its condition, the controller nameplates with versions, the shop-floor network, the conditions where equipment would be mounted, and the documentation if it survived. We ask about the things that later decide the schedule — when the shutdown window is, who closes a production order, how many shifts run, where your maintenance team's competence ends. The visit usually takes two to three hours.

Afterwards you get a note with the scope and the options — usually two or three, from minimal to complete — and then an offer with a date and terms. If we conclude that the scope is not for us, or that a repair at the machine builder would cost you less, the note says so. The visit and the note are free of charge.

Funding in Mazovia

Location changes the arithmetic more than most companies expect. In the Polish Investment Zone the regional aid intensity for the city of Warsaw itself is 0%, in selected ring municipalities 25–35%, and in the "mazowiecki regionalny" region 40%, with an uplift for micro, small and medium companies. Warsaw is therefore a poor address for instruments built on the regional aid map — which does not close the subject, because de minimis instruments such as Dig.IT and modules that do not use regional aid work regardless of the address. On top of that come the regional calls of the Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021–2027 programme, whose status we check on the day you ask, because the list of open competitions changes every quarter. Why there are no pages for other cities

Because they would not be true. An "industrial automation" page carrying the name of a city where we have neither an office nor a single completed project promises a closeness that does not exist — and the first breakdown shows it. Warsaw and Mazovia have their own page because this is where we actually are and where we can arrive within a reasonable time. We run projects across Poland and will gladly travel to Poznań, Silesia or the Tri-City — but then the visit has to be agreed in advance, and we say so plainly instead of posing as a local supplier. The next city page will appear when there is a completed project there and a customer willing to talk about it.
