What hosting actually means

Each programme has its own rules, its own paperwork and its own limits on what a host may claim. We keep them separate on purpose.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

We give a desk, real client work and our time. The programme pays the new entrepreneur a monthly contribution; nothing is paid to us, and nothing is charged to them.

Not an employer, and not a visa sponsor. The relationship runs through the intermediary organisation on both sides.

Erasmus+ traineeship

We sign the Learning Agreement, name a mentor, and complete the Europass traineeship section honestly at the end — including where the objectives were only partly met.

Not a degree-awarding body. Assessment and credit stay with the sending institution.

Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility

A written programme, at least five learning hours a day, and a named team delivering it. Two to ten days.

Not accredited, and not an awarding body. The application, the National Agency contact and the reporting stay with the sending organisation.

Mobility is the visible part. The same familiarity with EU instruments is why we are useful to a consortium and to a company chasing a grant.
