We are a Warsaw agency working in English, Polish and Turkish for founders bringing their brands into Poland and the EU. The placements below put you on real client work in the first week, with one named person to answer your questions.
Every placement on this page is unpaid. They are student and graduate practice placements — for university credit where your programme allows it — and we put that first because it is the first thing you need to know. The agreement is signed with you, and with your university where there is one, before your first day.
Run the day-to-day of real client accounts — beauty, food, fashion, hospitality — across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, in Polish, English or Turkish.
Make the things clients actually need this week: social sets, a menu, a stand graphic, the second page of a brand that only had a logo.
Be the person who knows where everything is: the meeting notes, the missing invoice, the client who has not replied, the thing that was promised on Tuesday.
Write for a site that exists in three languages — service pages, guides, blog posts — and learn what makes a page get found rather than just published.
Ship changes to live client sites — Shopify, WordPress and our own PHP CMS — and find out what "it works on my machine" costs.
Not a paid job. Not visa or work-permit sponsorship — you need to already have the right to study or stay in Poland. And not a promise of employment afterwards: if a role opens and you are the right person for it we will say so, but come for the placement, not for the promise.
Email us with the role in the subject line. Send a CV, and — this counts for more than the CV — two or three things you have actually made: an account you ran, a poster, a page you wrote, a site you built. Two short paragraphs on why this agency, in English, Polish or Turkish. We read everything and answer within a working week, including the no.
Erasmus+, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs and university exchanges are a different route with different paperwork — and, for some of them, a contribution paid by the programme rather than by us. That is on our Erasmus page, not this one.
