Every placement on this page is unpaid. They are student and graduate practice placements — for university credit where your programme allows it — and we put that first because it is the first thing you need to know. The agreement is signed with you, and with your university where there is one, before your first day.

- Length and weekly hours are agreed with you before you start, around your studies.

- Our Warsaw office, with some days from home once you have found your feet.
- Working languages
- English is the language of the team. Polish or Turkish on top of it is a real advantage on most of our accounts, and neither is a requirement.
Most of what we run is somebody’s shop or somebody’s only sales channel, so the work is careful rather than heroic: small changes, checked, deployed without breaking the thing that was earning money yesterday. You will get your own tasks and your own review.
What you would do
- Build and fix pages and components on live sites
- Work on Shopify themes and WordPress builds, and in a small framework-less PHP CMS
- Chase down the boring wins: page speed, broken links, forms that silently fail
- Write down what you changed, so the next person is not guessing
Who we are looking for
- HTML and CSS you are genuinely comfortable in, and JavaScript you can read
- Something you built that is online, however small
- Git without fear
- PHP or Liquid is a bonus, not a requirement — we would rather you were careful than fluent
What you get out of it
- Commits in production on sites with real customers
- Code review from someone who will tell you why, not just what
- A written reference at the end, and a straight answer about your work all the way through
Nothing goes to a client’s live site without a second pair of eyes, including ours. You will not be the person who broke a shop alone.
What these are not
Not a paid job. Not visa or work-permit sponsorship — you need to already have the right to study or stay in Poland. And not a promise of employment afterwards: if a role opens and you are the right person for it we will say so, but come for the placement, not for the promise.
