Client accounts · Paid, 6 000–8 000 PLN gross
Account Manager — Social Media
Own a handful of social-media accounts end to end: the plan, the client relationship, the shoot days, and the numbers at the end of the month.
This is a paid, full-time position: 6 000–8 000 PLN gross per month, placed within that range by what you have actually run before. We tell you the number we have in mind before the second conversation, not after it.
- Commitment
- Full time. Field days are planned a week ahead, and you arrange the rest of the week around them.
- Where
- Fully remote — we have no office. You work from wherever you are, and you are out on location for the rest: shoots, client visits, festival and event stands, mostly in and around Warsaw.
- Working languages
- Polish and English, both comfortably — you are on the phone to Polish clients and in writing with an English-speaking team. Turkish is a real advantage on several accounts.
This is the role between the client and the people who make the work. You hold three to five accounts — restaurants, retail brands, a clinic, a manufacturer — and you are the person the client calls. There is no office: you plan and report from wherever you are, and you are on location for shoots, openings, festivals and client meetings, which is where most of the week's real hours go.
What you would do
- Own the monthly plan for three to five accounts: what gets made, when it goes out, and why
- Be the client's single point of contact — calls, approvals, and the awkward conversations too
- Brief the designers, writers and photographers, and check what comes back before the client sees it
- Be on location for shoots, openings, festivals and store visits — most weeks have at least one
- Report the numbers monthly and say plainly what worked, what did not, and what changes next month
- Spot the account that is drifting before the client does, and bring us a plan for it
Who we are looking for
- Two years or more running social media for someone other than yourself — agency or in-house, both count
- You can read a monthly report and say what it means, not just what it says
- You are comfortable being the one who says no to a client, and the one who apologises when the mistake is ours
- A driving licence and a genuine willingness to be on location — this is not a desk-only role
- Polish and English in writing and on the phone
What you get out of it
- Your own accounts from week one, with the authority to decide and the responsibility that comes with it
- Clients across restaurants, retail, health and manufacturing — a portfolio that is hard to assemble elsewhere
- 6 000–8 000 PLN gross a month, reviewed after six months against what your accounts actually did
Field days are real days. If being on a shoot at eight in the morning, or at a festival stand on a Saturday, is not something you want, this is the wrong role — and we would rather you knew that now than in month two.
What these are not
Not visa or work-permit sponsorship — you need to already have the right to work in Poland. Not a desk job: field days are part of the ordinary week, not an occasional extra. And not an office job either, because there is no office.
How to apply
Email us with the role in the subject line. Send a CV, and — this counts for more than the CV — two or three things you have actually made: an account you ran, a poster, a page you wrote, a site you built. Two short paragraphs on why this agency, in English, Polish or Turkish. We read everything and answer within a working week, including the no.
