Five days on the two halves of an organisation's communication: keeping your own team informed, and speaking to learners, partners and funders with one voice.
Coordinators, managers and communications staff in organisations where information gets lost between people, and where the outside world hears three different versions of the same thing.
Day 1
Who is inside, who is outside, and who is both — trainers on contract, volunteers, alumni. Drawing your organisation's real communication lines rather than its org chart.
Day 2
What belongs in a meeting, in a message, in a shared document, or nowhere at all. Setting a weekly rhythm a small team will actually keep.
Day 3
Learners, partners and funders read the same facts differently. Writing one set of key messages and three versions of them that do not contradict each other.
Day 4
A cancelled course, a complaint, a funding decision that did not go your way. Who says what, in what order, and how quickly.
Day 5
Each participant leaves with a one-page plan: the channels, the rhythm, the key messages, and a named person for each.
€80 per participant per day — the Erasmus+ course fee unit cost.
