A 30-second reel of the festival floor. Real food, real music, real crowds — the polaroid energy the brand was designed for.
We designed and run the International Festival as a free, two-day open-park event in Warsaw — bringing 32 diaspora communities together to share their cuisine, music, dance and craft, on their own terms.
From sanitary permits and on-site logistics to pavilion onboarding, marketing, photography and brand identity — we manage the full lifecycle, from the watercolour logo down to the cleanup crew.

Thirty-two pavilions, side by side, all weekend. Brazilian dance leading into Turkish coffee leading into Syrian dabke. The map of the world, but compressed into one Warsaw park.

Each community runs its own pavilion — no external curators choosing a "version" of their culture for them. The Turkish stall is run by Turks. The Syrian one by Syrians. The hospitality is real because it is theirs.

Photography that catches the moment before the smile — the actual generosity of a community sharing what is theirs, without filter or VIP rope.
Free admission, non-negotiable. No ticket between people and culture.
A watercolour globe that has no "up" — colourful, hand-made, never sterile.
Permits, vendor onboarding, sanitary inspections, signage, logistics — 32 communities choreographed.
Multilingual marketing across Polish & English, polaroid social content, on-site photography for the next edition.
