Five days of using AI where it actually saves an adult educator time: preparing materials, differentiating tasks, and the administration around a course.
Who it is for
Teachers, trainers and coordinators in adult education who have tried an AI tool once and want a working method rather than a demonstration.
What you will be able to do
- Write prompts that produce usable teaching material instead of generic text.
- Adapt one lesson for three different levels in an afternoon.
- Judge when an AI answer is wrong, and explain why to a learner.
- Set a rule for your organisation on what staff may and may not put into a chatbot.
Day by day

Day 1
What the tools actually do
A working session with the current general-purpose assistants. Where they are strong, where they invent, and how that shows up in teaching material.

Day 2
Preparing a session
Building a full session from one line of a syllabus: outline, handout, exercises, and a check that the content is true.

Day 3
Differentiation and accessibility
One task, three levels. Rewriting for plain language, working with mixed-language groups, and producing audio and captions.

Day 4
The administration around the course
Reports, correspondence, funding-form language and dissemination text — and where the hours actually go.

Day 5
Rules and limits
Personal data, GDPR, what never to paste in, and drafting your organisation's own one-page policy. Each participant leaves with a draft.
