Dissemination · 5 days

Communication and Dissemination for EU Projects

Five days on the communication and dissemination an EU-funded project promises in its application, and then has to deliver.

Who it is for

Project coordinators and staff who wrote “dissemination” into a grant application and now have to report on it.

What you will be able to do

  • Turn a dissemination plan into a schedule with named owners.
  • Produce results that a partner can actually reuse.
  • Record evidence as you go, not in the week before the report.
  • Say what a project achieved without overclaiming.

Day by day

  1. Day 1

    What the application promised

Reading your own dissemination section back, and separating what is required from what was decoration.

  2. Day 2

    Audiences and results

Who the results are for, and what form they must take to be used rather than filed.

  3. Day 3

    Making the materials

The project site, the summary, the visual identity — and the rules on programme logos and emblems, which are stricter than most teams assume.

  4. Day 4

    Evidence

Indicators, reach, and a habit of record-keeping that survives an audit.

  5. Day 5

    The final report

Writing up impact honestly, and reusing the work in the next application.
