TEAM KNOCKNOCK × INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

Two days. Thirty-two nations. One park in Warsaw. Free.

A festival where the diaspora communities living in Poland host the rest of Warsaw — on their own terms, in their own kitchens, with their own music.

  • Free
  • Two days
  • 32 nations
  • Warsaw

A festival we built

A brand built around a watercolour globe

Warm, hospitable, confident, playful, multilingual — the identity we built for a festival that refuses to be a velvet rope.

Built to travel — across web and social

A 30-second reel of the festival floor. Real food, real music, real crowds — the polaroid energy the brand was designed for.

A festival, fully managed

We designed and run the International Festival as a free, two-day open-park event in Warsaw — bringing 32 diaspora communities together to share their cuisine, music, dance and craft, on their own terms.

From sanitary permits and on-site logistics to pavilion onboarding, marketing, photography and brand identity — we manage the full lifecycle, from the watercolour logo down to the cleanup crew.

Festival pavilion — Brazil
01

A park that turns into the whole world

Thirty-two pavilions, side by side, all weekend. Brazilian dance leading into Turkish coffee leading into Syrian dabke. The map of the world, but compressed into one Warsaw park.

Festival pavilion — Turkey
02

Hosted, never curated

Each community runs its own pavilion — no external curators choosing a "version" of their culture for them. The Turkish stall is run by Turks. The Syrian one by Syrians. The hospitality is real because it is theirs.

Festival pavilion — Syria
03

The hospitality reads on every face

Photography that catches the moment before the smile — the actual generosity of a community sharing what is theirs, without filter or VIP rope.

How we approached it

01

Promise

Free admission, non-negotiable. No ticket between people and culture.

02

Identity

A watercolour globe that has no "up" — colourful, hand-made, never sterile.

03

Operations

Permits, vendor onboarding, sanitary inspections, signage, logistics — 32 communities choreographed.

04

Reach

Multilingual marketing across Polish & English, polaroid social content, on-site photography for the next edition.
