THE CHALLENGE
Textil World runs a multi-channel Polish fabric retail business — and at the heart of it sits textilworld.pl, a Shopify store serving customers across Poland with a constantly rotating catalogue of fabrics, accessories and seasonal drops.
They needed a full-time growth partner, not a one-off agency: someone to run always-on social, design every promo, ship a steady stream of campaigns, manage the Shopify storefront and own the brand end-to-end across digital and in-person.
THE SOLUTION

From spring/summer wardrobe drops to the loyalty program ("Dolacz do nas — zbieraj punkty"), 75%-off outlet pushes, fabric-of-the-week features (Welur, Supersoft) and packaging inserts — every customer touchpoint runs through us.
Behind the scenes: Shopify content updates, paid ads on Meta and Google, email marketing, a full trade show / expo wall installation, and a steady cadence of in-house product photography that keeps the catalogue fresh and the channels alive.
